Sensual Soul Dance©
This women's only workshop is a powerhouse of empowerment! Dancers are guided to consciously connect themselves to the language of their physical bodies via sensual movements, props, and the use of their voices. Sensual, playful movements provide a fun and enlivening journey into the awakening of kundalini (creative) energy and the reclaiming of one's own well-spring of passion.
